Our family drove up and down the coast visiting multiple towns and shops and the Big Cat had the best t-shirt designs (and quality) by far! We bought a few for ourselves and gifts A great place for photographers and opportunities to feed the animals We were also impressed with how the staff advocated for adopting dogs from shelters vs. We enjoyed the presentation and the enthusiasm of the owners and staff. All the food given to the animals looked plentiful, healthy and fresh (fresh meat, fruits and vegetables We watched the tigers play and the zebra, camel and buffalo race around playing tag. As a nonprofit they put their money back into the care of the animals Their mission to rescue animals and provide them with a good home is definitely a place I want to support Obviously donations/funding go directly for animal care (there are few employees and many volunteers, passionate and dedicated to the physical care and emotional well being of each animal) Clean/organized facility, peaceful, rural location, but close to town Very close up interaction and views of tigers, lemurs, birds, camels, and other rare animals Wonderful experience (great family memories) Our family visited the Big Cat for the first time last so we wanted to share our thoughts since we were very impressed:
